Order Cancellation Policy
We recognize that circumstances may arise that lead customers to request a cancellation of their orders.
Our policy allows for the possibility of order cancellation at our discretion. However, it is important to note that such cancellations are not guaranteed. Each request will be evaluated based on the timing and status of the order at the moment the cancellation is requested.
In the event that a cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund for any amount that has been received by us. This means that the refund will only cover the actual funds that have been processed and received into our account. It is crucial to understand that any payment processing and/or exchange rate fees charged by payment processors, such as PayPal or Stripe, will not be included in the refund. These fees are retained by the payment processors and are not part of the funds that we receive.
For example, PayPal charges us a payment processing fee of approximately 4.6% per transaction. In such a scenario, a customer who requests for a cancellation of an order of US$200, if approved, will be given a refund of approximately US$190.80. (Note that this is only an example. The actual fees charged by various payment processors may be multi-layered and varied.)
For customers considering an order cancellation, we recommend that you act promptly. The sooner a cancellation request is made, the higher the likelihood that it can be accommodated. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer be possible, and customers will need to follow the Return Policy if they wish to return the item after delivery.
