We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase when you receive your item. However, in the rare event that you have a change of heart and would like to return the item, please contact us through the contact page on our website or email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition (brand new, unworn, in its original packaging). The costs of shipping the item back to us will be borne by the customer.
Please ensure that you state your name, order number and return address on or inside the return package, so that we know that the returned package is from you. It is also recommended to use a tracked postal service to return the item, so that you will know when the item is successfully returned. We will email you once we have received the item in good order and process a full refund of the purchase price thereafter. Please note that we will not be able to refund you if we do not receive the item in good order.
For international orders outside of Singapore, please note that any customs, duties or taxes charged by the customs authorities in your jurisdiction are not refundable, as we do not receive any part of such payment.
