EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you receive the last item in your order. The withdrawal period is extended over weekends and public holidays.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement via your account or by contacting us at info@kenthallco.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. Please ensure that you state your name, order number and return address on or inside the return package, so that we know that the returned package is from you. It is also recommended to use a tracked postal service to return the item, so that you will know when the item is successfully returned.

After we receive the returned item, we will inspect the item to determine if it is in its original condition (brand new, unworn, in its original packaging) that can be fairly and reasonably sold to customers as brand new at the original retail price. If yes, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including the original delivery costs of shipping the item to you (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. Please note that any customs, duties or taxes charged by the customs authorities in your jurisdiction are not refundable, as we do not receive any part of such payment.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the product has been used beyond that point (for example: worn outdoors, noticeably used, missing protective films, missing box etc.), we will reduce the refund proportionally.
